(The children took part in a sound/play workshop with Helen McCrorie Artist/Filmmaker and she hopes to use some of the footage for her new artwork)

We made noises with different things like bowls, graters and tin lids. I had a bowl and Helen recorded it. The thing she used to record the sound was really soft and she let us touch it. We then went to the forest to do more recording. It was a sunny day. We heard some bird noises and made bird noises too and Helen recorded it. We also collected pinecones and made things out of them. Freya made a camera. It was really fun.
