We have a new Head Teacher.  She is the Head Teacher of Eigg and Muck.  Miss Taylor started after the Easter holidays. I was interested to find out more about Miss Taylor, so I interviewed her.  I asked the class if they had any questions to ask.  I wrote all the questions and answers on a clipboard and then put them in this blog.  I made a picture Miss Taylor.

Why did you want to become the Head Teacher of Eigg Primary?

I always wanted to live on an island and teach.

Where did you teach before?

In Newmill Primary, near Keith.

Do you have any pets?

I have one cat and two ferrets.

What do you think of Eigg Primary so far?

Eigg Primary is lovely, but I’m going to have to get used to less students.  It feels very different. 

I really enjoyed my morning’s teaching.

What is your favorite thing about teaching?

I enjoy seeing children learning something new and getting excited by it.  I also like it when the children teach the teacher new things.
