We had a great first term with our new P1 children in class 🙂

I have been colouring in pictures. I have been learning about dogs and pandas. Pandas’ noses are small. I like being in class with the older children.

I like sumdog. We do maths and if we get white in the game it’s a challenge.

I liked PE. You had to run when someone shouted your name. I was number 5. I like run club. I didn’t mind that it was raining. I like rain.

I also like it when we brush our teeth together.

Ness

Sometimes we play on sumdog and we have to do words and maths on sumdog and its really fun and get to buy houses. My house is plain. You have to buy more stuff so you have to make your house really cool. Ross’ house is the best.

I like playing cars with my friends. They are very good at playing. I love PE. Sometimes we did PE with Mr MacInnes and Mr Merrick. We had to kick a ball and Colm was really good at being the goaly. Arlo was really good at being the defender. Me and Ellis were twins because we had to do the same thing. We had to tell Arlo when the footballs come. And then when the football comes and Arlo doesn’t pay attention we have to go out and kick the ball to him. It was really fun. Sometimes we go into the nursery and it is much fun. Sometimes we have cheese crackers which were really good. Aila made them.

I also did some reading on the computer. I really love it when we do assemblies because we get hot chocolate and the people who have ideas are really good at it. Being a primary child means doing some work and doing maths and if you come through to the classroom you see a little sign and then you know who is doing what. It’s really cool. You see our pictures on the wall and sometimes you have double choice and we get to do the same things the nursery do. I think everyone is really good at doing it. I also like brushing my teeth and writing.

I like playing sumdog.

PE was great fun. We were playing football outside. I found run club hard because it was raining and my trousers got all soggy.

I am really proud that I can write many letters of the alphabet.

I really liked cooking and eating the fajitas.
